If you think about it, most of your favorite memories happen while you are on vacation. There isn’t the little voice in your head telling you to get up from having that coffee with your love and go do whatever it is that “needs” to be done. You get to play with your children and watch their laugh get more like your own. No one worries about going to the grocery or rushing through dinner to get back to work – you get to just relax and enjoy everything that makes your family – YOU.
Joe, Wes, and Jake are from D.C. but were vacationing for a month in our gorgeous San Francisco. They called me up and wanted to document their holiday memories with a family photography session – how smart is that?! It was so much fun and full of all the laughs and easy going spirit that they have held on their vacation. They will always have these timeless photographs to remember this perfect month of family time, instead of a just few iPhone photos posted to Instagram (don’t worry – those are important too!!)
