I have always been an active person, but never quite found my groove with working out. I would run, or walk, or take a yoga class, but nothing consistent. About a year ago, I started taking a cross fit class at my gym and I was hooked. All I have to do is show up to class and I know my butt will get kicked for an hour! I was commissioned by the gym to take some photos from a typical class to use as promo material. Here are some of my favorites!
