This session was a wonderful breath of fresh air. The C family invited me out to their Mountain View, CA home for a newborn photography session to celebrate baby Alex! The instant vibe that I felt was – peace. Everyone was relaxed and were simply enjoying their time spent together while adoring little Alex. Mom and Dad were pros, while big brother Max couldn’t have been any prouder! It’s always a sweet surprise when grandparents and other family members get to join in at the newborn session. I absolutely love getting the chance to include them while documenting baby’s first few days at home! What a sweet memory to have and share with family :)
Often times, we forget to simply stop and take a minute to simply enjoy everything that is happening around us – especially during a time that can be as chaotic as bringing home a brand new baby. This family was an example and a reminder to just breathe, appreciate, and soak it all in.
